Bracelet. Necklace. Headband.

Easy-to-make EarthE Bracelets, Necklaces and Headbands - are a styling way to honor past eco actions, and trigger future eco actions as they are passed from person to person.

Wearing an EarthE Bracelets, Necklaces and Headbands is also a way to show others that you give EarthEs to honor others eco actions.

One super way to make an EarthE Bracelet is to twist a 2 or 3 feet section of green and blue piece of yarn together, and then tie the ends together. Measure the yarn from heart to hand on a person and it will usually go around 4 times -- for Team, Art, Logic and Love. If you would like, invite the person you are giving it to to help spin it with you while saying "Team Earth", "For the planet" and/or other eco affirmations to power up the bracelet.

When giving the bracelet, necklaces and headbands one might say, "this bracelet is to help manifest your love for the planet into action with your hands". Another fun line is to say, "and when you need a little extra ecological power to do the green thing, just rub your EarthE bracelet, like this".

Another way to make an EarthE Bracelets, Necklaces and Headbands is to cut an old blue or green t-shirt or other fabric or material into strips about 1/2 meter long and 50 millimeters wide. Spin the material a few times so it is rope like. Then tie the ends together with a square knot. The bracelet will go around the wrist two or three times. Email us for pics and instructions if you want.

A way to use shorter stretchy strips of material is to use a single overhand slip-knot to tie the ends together. Then pull on the unknotted end of the material to tighten it around a wrist. Draw the EarthE "e" logo onto the fabric if you would like to.

EarthE bracelets or necklaces that go around the wrist or neck 4 times can represent the 4 basic ways to help the Earth -- Team, Art, Logic and Love -- from the XO Earth Pledge.

The EarthE Flick'r page has some pics of Earth citizens wearing the EarthE bracelet so check it out. we hope you will post pics of your EarthE Bracelets on our Flick'r group too.

If you want to wear your own EarthE Bracelet, Necklace and Headband that you make, please first give yourself an EarthE Eco Challenge. Once you have completed that challenge, put it on to honor your own success. This *powers-up* the bracelet before you present it to a friend for their eco action.

When giving an EarthE Bracelet, Necklace or Headband to someone, you may want to mention that they can award to another person for an eco action if they want to. (These eco bracelets have been traveling the world jumping from wrist to wrist this way.)

If you would like EarthE.org to mail you a few EarthE Bracelets in return for making a contribution to the EarthE project, please contact us.
::::::::::::

By the way, it's also fun to hand make EarthE clothes, flags and other goodies to give others or for yourself. Add EarthE logos to your stuff using permanent markers, acrylic paints or iron-on printer paper to put EarthE messages on clothing, backpacks and flags.
